XCELARTS is an established creative shop in Austin, Texas. Launched in 2001, the company has succeeded in producing highly compelling communication solutions for their clients. The choice to be a small boutique has enabled them to remain as practitioners of design communication as opposed to business owners serving up graphic design production.
Our clients’ successful marketing communication programs draw on the research we conduct prior to beginning the creative process. We do not believe in using a single solution for all clients. Instead, we roll up our sleeves and really dig in and listen until we get to the heart of the issue. We want to understand your problem, help you crystallize issues and help you work out a solution. We hone in on those aspects which best represent the spirit of your company and your products in order to provide the most memorable and effective solution.
XCELARTS provides a wide variety of communications services for both internal and external communication needs. We ground our creative work in customer insights. Our portfolio includes brochures, books, logos, web sites, social media, tradeshow booth design, full scale marketing and advertising campaigns, 3D animation, video/digital presentations, and product name development/branding as well as strategic planning.
We hold true to our beliefs in sustainability and green practices. As one of our mentor, adviser, and comrade said: “100% growth every year is not reasonable or sustainable, and if it is, then I went to the wrong graduate school”. The fundamentals of her business education are simple: make a good product for a good value, find a customer need and fill it. This provides for steady growth. Combine this with conservation of resources, not because it is green, but because it’s fiscally responsible. These ideas will make a strong and profitable long term endeavor. With this in mind we created Xcelarts. We are a truly virtual company. We save resources by being 100% remote. Our team consists of a vast array of talent that can focus on a very diverse set of requirements. We are flexible and nimble and can rally with a moment’s notice, but are not sitting idle creating expenses to be passed on to the clients.

Basis for name: Combination of Esperanto words for Earth and Goal to mean “world goal”
Why we chose this name / brand connection: Esperanto is the most widely spoken constructed international auxiliary language. It was created by L. L. Zamenhof in 1887. Zamenhof’s goal was to create an easy and flexible language as a universal second language to foster peace and international understanding. Terocelo is derived by connecting two Esperanto words: tero, meaning earth, land, soil and celo, meaning aim, goal, purpose, therefore, Terocelo means world goal.
